Interface tour

The dashboard has two levels of navigation: the left sidebar, which groups the account-wide sections, and a second bar that appears once you open a specific site.

Pinned to the left, organized into sections:

Site Optimization
AIO — the list of your sites and the entry point to everything else.
Organization
Team — members and per-site permissions.
Referrals — your partner link and commissions.
Billing
Plans & Pricing — tier comparison and plan changes.
Admin Admins only
Accounts, Users, Sites, Applications, Referrals, Billing, LLM Usage and Warm-up Agents. This section is hidden unless your role is an admin role.

Below them sit two permanent entries: Product tour, which replays the guided tutorial, and What's New, with the changelog (a coloured dot marks unread entries).

Usage widget#

At the foot of the sidebar, two progress bars summarize your spending for the period:

BarWhat it showsColours
OptimizationsHow many page rewrites are left in the monthly package.Violet while the balance holds; red once the package is used up.
TokensToken balance for visibility tests and other LLM work.Green with a comfortable balance; amber below 20%; red at zero or in extra usage.

The info icon next to each bar opens an explanation of what spends that currency. If the optimization package runs out, a notice appears warning that auto-optimization will switch to spending tokens.

Top bar#

Organization switcher
On the left. Lets you switch between organizations, manage them or create a new one.
Integration status
A pill showing whether the proxy is active, paused or failing. Hovering it shows the detail of the last health check.
Language switcher
Toggles between English and Spanish. The choice is stored in your profile and follows you across devices.
Light / dark theme
Switches the appearance of the dashboard.
Avatar
Opens Manage account, which holds Profile, Security, Account Settings, Plan & Billing and Cloudflare Tokens.

Inside a site#

Opening a site from the AIO list reveals a second navigation bar with the site's eight sections. Above them, a badge marks the domain as verified or not verified.

The All Sites link at the top of that bar takes you back to the overall list.

Note

A warning triangle on Discovery Files means llms.txt is in managed mode but there is no optimized page yet, so the file cannot be generated.

A strip stays visible above the content of every section, carrying the domain, the page count, whether a sitemap exists, the site status and the Re-crawl button.

Configuration warnings can appear right below it. Each warning offers Show recommendations, with the concrete steps to resolve it, and Re-check now, which runs the check again.
